During the manufacture of your tool, it is overseen by a skilled project engineer from beginning to delivery in the UK.

Tool Maintenance

Our maintenance programme is linked to our ERP system providing reliability and results in maintaining the tool for high-quality production.

Our onsite tool room carries out maintenance on a tool when it arrives at our facility and throughout its life. We use local tooling partners for any modifications to ensure your tool has minimal downtime and in production producing high-quality products.

Tool Transfers

We can accommodate tool transfers with minimal disruption to your business and to maintain production levels for a seamless transfer.

Modifications for tooling to be fitted in our machines are completed in our in house tool room and in production for trials within a week.



This recommended part of the process involves creating a working prototype to ensure the product meets design intent before proceeding to the tooling phase.
